I have an 02 mastiff that will shift into whatever gear, but still won't move. Seems like a clutch issue but I took working clutch pack out of one of my other bikes but still nothing.

Not much information you are giving us.... I take it you checkd inside the primary and it is all good in there? also that you have a belt/chain installed in the bike? I take it the bike is got wheels too?

Well yes, it has a belt and wheels. The clutch looks like it works as it should but I put it in gear (with bike off) and I can roll it with and the wheel spins along with the clutch basket.

You did not say if you ever had the clutch basket off or not. Is the clutch nut tight? It sounds like you may have a broken input shaft. If you do send it to Andrew For a rebuild and bearing up grade. Good luck!

He says clutch spins when he puts it in gear and rolls it. If that's the case input shaft is still connected. I'd pull the clutch and work with just the tranny first, if that checks out ok, somethings up with the clutch.

Yes, the entire bike was apart. Not sure how that could have happened.
There are a lot of threads on this forum about broken main shafts. It is something that happens when you have the amount of horse power and torque that our big inch motors put out. Call Andrew.

I was putting mine back in the garage one day, and after I moved forward a couple of feet, it would not go forward again....shut it off, put it back on the stand, and found my drive belt lying on the driveway behind the bike...looked like a big long black snake....
