Have a cracked headlight that I want to replace on my 2002 Husky. Don't see any screws to remove--only a tiny hole on the bottom right behind the lip that is about 3/4" around the front of the light. The hole doesnt seem to have anything by it on the inside to unscrew or to depress to allow it to pop open. Anyone know? Don't really want to have to beat it up trying to open it. Thanks! grhaile@cox.net

Jerry there are no set screws on that bucket. You just need to put some tape or get some rubber gloves on and twist the trim ring off. They can be stubern that's the reason for the gloves or tape. Then there is a locking ring underneath the trim ring which also need to be twisted off and you can use picks or punches for the holes. There a pic around here somewhere if you do a search.

If it is the original stock bucket like mine, and Unless someone removed it, there should be a small allen set screw in one of the holes. It is in there fairly deep, stick a few different size allen wrench up in there and see if one catches.
Should be one hole for water to drain out and the other is where there should be a set
screw. After removing the set screw the front ring unscrews, you may need to use a
thin rubber strap wrench to get it loose, then there is a retaining ring inside that needs to screw out. Then the light will come out. Hope this helps, the outer ring can be a bitch
to get off sometimes, when reinstalling use anti-seize on the threads.

I appreciate the feedback, will try this weekend! I only see the one hole in the bottom maybe for water to drain out, think I tried a few times through the years to put allen wrenches up the tiny hole and didn't seem to touch anything. I will see if can just twist it off with rubber gloves or maybe with a damn hammer (LOL) if nothing else works. Have been reluctant to break it as the damn light still works fine, just has a crack across it. Thanks again for both of your responses!
