2002 Bulldog primary drive belt adjustment?

My big belt seems to have too much slack in it. I can't see a way to tighten it other than increasing the distance between the engine and trans, which would then require adjustment of the secondary belt. Are there eccentric mounting slots beneath either eng or trans? Is it even adjustable? I guess i should Google this shit before looking like an idiot, but i thought maybe someone knows some secret trick or advice? Thanks

If you're talking about the open primary, my baker doesn't have any adjustment. Might be time for a new belt and check the pullys for wear.

Got it...the open primary. Is there a maximum specification for the slack? I'm in the process of engineering and fabricating a spring loaded tensioner pulley to maintain constant tension. Once completed and tested I'll offer it to others. I don't believe anyone sells such a thing?

My primary belt is pretty tight, never even thought it would stretch so much I would need a tensioner.
