Bottom Line: Hooked everything up for the thousand time...still nothing. So I decided to see if i was getting power to the key switch. Removed coil cover and was trying to put the tester on the red wire when it fell out.... broken eyelet..tested wire and yep 12v...pulled off broken eyelet and replaced with new, turned key and power everywhere!!!:2thumbs:
About five years ago I fixed that same wire...bike would randomly die on me. Didnt know what to do, just started messing with those wires and it would start. Took off the cover redid the wire and no problems...until now...So NO POWER check those wires first!
