Whys it rubbing??? I know you asked first! :D
But it didn't come that way from the factory so why is it rubbing now.

Did you just have the rear wheel off? If so then maybe the spacers were not replaced properly.

Did you just have a new tire put on? If so then maybe they put on the wrong size.

Did you replace or put custom wheels on it? If so then there is your problem.

Something is causing it to rub so until you tell us some more history of the bike we can't help you much. Knowing the size of the rim is not going to do you any good right now or until you figure out why it's rubbing.

I bought the bike from lowe408, thinking the tire just needed adjusted. Unfortunately I found out that the rim is too big, but the tire is the right size. It is causing the tire walls to bow out and rub the belt.
The rim was replaced with a 16" x 5.75". Factory size is 16" x 5.25".
Does any one know where I can get a 16" x 5.25" chrome spoke wheel. I am not sure of the offset yet.
