2000 Husky license plate lamp??

Anyone know what type/part number of the lamp for the license plate? it looks like an old fuse from a 70 car.

Can't get part numbers prior to 2001. Hate to suggest it, but BDM Customer service is the best bet here.

BDM Plate Lite P/N 03 MASTIFF

part number BDM170-00143, for a 12v/15amp lite bulb.
You have to order it thru a BD dealer I was told.
I installed an after market license plate lites made by Kuryakyn, because I was to impatient to wait. Plus they are LED lites that look way better and brighter than stock.
I had to drill out the screw holes in the license plate and install them, but it was worth it. Good luck...

Thanks for the part number, I think that's it since it only has the 15 amp on one end, also think your idea is best I don't want to be tied to something I have to order. Did you find the lcd light at a harley/independent dealer or did you order it?

If your looking for a license plate replacement 1/4" round x 1-1/4"L fuse type bulb you may want to try bulbtown.com, part number #6612F, appears to be a direct Big Dog replacment and cost is $1.65 each.
