2 new friends for my 05 chopper

I have a couple new rides to keep my dog company in the garage. the 2003 anniversary HD is my wife's new bike. It'll probably be good for about 300 miles per season. ( it's a novelty for her to have it. now she can buy all those harley tee shirts and shoes the other HD I bought about year ago. the bike has a very interesting past. It has a rich history that dates back to a 1979 appearance in Chopper Big Bike magazine and 2nd place at the rats hole in 1983 as well as many other stories. this 69 chopper is basically hand built. I've restored about half of the bike so far. I needed something to work on ( and believe me you need to work on this bike , I forgot what it was like ) . With My big dog there is nothing to do but clean it. I love it but I need more.

Let me know what you think

It's great that your wife rides, if only for the T-shirt. I work on my wife's bike. I need a break from the "real" projects. A wife and a softail are the only projects I can handle right now.

Nice Shovel ! I know what you mean by having a project to work on.I grew up riding Pans & Shovels Choppers / Stock. Always in the garage doin somethin.
My wife rides also 2003 Roadking I customized for her.She puts about 1500-2000 miles a year on it.She rides it to work & has chick night out with the other women riders in the area. Don't be suprised if your shopping for a Softail or Big Dog for her next year.
Thats what happend to me,bought her a new 1986 883 as a wedding present back in the day. Good luck ride safe Tim
