2-1 or Drags

What, if any, is the difference in 2-1, or dragpipes, other than the sound? Is there a distinct performance difference?

This site rocks, and so do you guys and gals....learning a heck of a lot of stuff......Thanks!

I have heard that you get better performance out of 2 into 1 pipes, but I don't run them so i'm not talking from experience. I know Raywood has them and he seems to like them.

i have run drag pipes,2into1,and anything in between.i think the 2into1 out perform the others.i think the thunderheader performs best that i have run.my harleys ran best with that pipe.i like the stock 2into1 on the dog.however when show time comes around i run martin brothers wtfs.cant beat the look.im just sayn.

I wouldn't say all 2 into 1's are better than 2 into 2's or drag pipes but if you are looking for performance than nearly all the manufactures that produce a performance pipe only make there biggest numbers with a quality 2 into 1.

RB Racing 2 into 1's will give you excellent performance.
