This thread talked about the same issue with the 2 into 1's : http://www.bigdogbiker.com/forums/dog-pound/8079-new-v-h-2-1-installed-today-2.html
Sounds to me like Vance and Hines sells the bracket...

i.e. as stated in the thread:::V&H provides a bracket to raise the right side passenger peg that works well with some modification. Increase the hole for the stock peg stud. The hole in the frame was too small for the insert where the bracket attached. I didn't have a proper drill size for that, so I ground the dia. down to fit the existing hole.

Hey Rambo I got mine as a kit from BD they offset the pegs up about an inch I have seen them on ebay a few times . just after you find them and install check to make sure when they are in the up position the pegs may hit painted parts. to stop this I used a small pice of rubber tape in the clevis area to keep them open just a bit.

Its a Big Dog Part you can get them from Nelson at Wicked Bastard Cycles. Buddy had same problem with his 06k9.

Hey scott70d just checked with nelson a wicked bastard and we decided the clevis kit from BD. won't work. BD confirms that!

RRRuff I think the reason it worked on your buddys 06k9 is it started out with a 300 back tire instead of a 250.

My suggestion would be to seek a custom shop and see how much it'd be to fabricate something that might work. Did Nelson give a reason to why he thought the clevis offset kit wouldn't work? Curious is all. Or ditch the 2 into 1's...

Also maybe post a pic to show how much room you have in that area, there are a lot of people on here, and some might be interested in fabing something for you...

Is there an issue with the Kyrakyn's that were suggested on your other thread? They make many options along with the part so you can use your stock pegs.

The tires went from 250 to 300 from 2006 to 2007. The frames are actually different on the bikes as well. NO clue why BDM limited the 2-into-1 version to the 07 except for the frame changes. We talked about this for a bit and unfortunately he's in for some mods
