Gunna let go of the Windvest. It's a 16" and I had it on for 1 trip. Mounts to the 1.25 handlebars. It does have a star fracture at the right upper mount. Some J@ck @ss ( that would be me) must have use to much torque. See the pics! PM me.... $100 shipping included
