Real performance is in the higher rpm range, but it sure does pull like a mother getting to the higher rpm's. I posted the dyno sheet some time back, think the thread was "dyno results" not sure. I do get into 5-6k range once and a while, but mostly do ride like a geezer..I gotta ask ya, how is your low end with that 630 cam Douggy? And are you like the other wankers around here that install cams and never rev it past 4,000 rpm?
It just seems like anything over the 585 would be useless unless your gonna build it up to rev the shit outta it, my 585 pulls like hell with no end in sight right to the rev limiter which is supposedly 6,250 rpm!

too big to fit my K-9 I know that.Hey guys and gals does anyone know if you can use any other kind of air shock setup other than stock? I was thinking that maybe I could use progressive 722 or 422 air tail shocks for 84 to 99 Harley softail. Any info is welcomed my air ride has developed a slow but constant leak and I can't find a replacement or a place to get my air shock rebuilt.

For sure I hated the Vance and Hines baffle sound so I removed the 2into2 baffles installed thunder monster baffles love em !The guy who builds the xxx taz carbs sells them on eBay he has 4 different carb models to choose from depending on how extreme you want to get they are all built out of super G or Ultima R1 crabs. Also installing a set of big city thunder baffles can help with the decel pop they sell online for $79.99 you also get a lot better sound with them also and they help improve your torque curve.
