I have to apologize and ask what you are referring too....
I am unsure what the the thunder jets are that you are referring too. I have a Thunder-max Wide Band fuel Injection system in my bike that is awesome and run a LSR 2-1 pipe which also is awesome...
I will answer any question you have but I am confused somewhat at the moment...
This bike rocks and has power everywhere through the rpm's.

Neil, the photo of the aircleaner you quoted/posted above show 2 Thunderjets on the carb. I'm sure this is what he is referring to and probably thinks it's your bike.

OH sorry about that, that was the bike I was referring too. I heard about the 2 Thunder jets but haven't heard who has tried them .

The pic of the other air cleaner set up was Cutter's bike from his post for a comparison. No wonder I got lost on that. I just posted a pic of the air cleaners..
That pic is off the Roland Sands website. I looked at one in person at the Harley shop here "air cleaner" and really liked it.
Sorry for the confusion on the Thunderjets.....Throttle Bodies are my friend.....
