117" rocker box question

If the tp pro vent will only fit hd twin cam motors and big dog 117", can I find some used hd twin cam boxes instead of using the $700 s&s kit? Long run I'd like to get one of the pan head top kits and don't see a need in spending 700 if I only need to lower portion.

The problem with the TP boxes is they're set up for Twin Cam geometry....so NO you can't use Twin Cam boxes (same geometry set up as the TP).

Good to hear, just spent $50 resealing mine and didn't see any unusual valve tip wear or anything. Hopefully they'll be fine. Posts on here made me fear for the worst. But I do like the look of the pan head cover.

Just put mine back on after the rebuild in the videos....TP boxes are fine....if done right....don't worry about it.....like @Viking said, he's running fine after 25k......
