10 year Reunion

liferider

Looking forward to retirement
Hopefully gas prices will be up by then. The oilfield contracts were based on oil being $100 a barrel, not $30-50. Lots of people out of work.

I'm getting more & more auction announcements about drilling companies. 2 in Oklahoma City last month and 1 in Odessa. Looked up last months post bid numbers. $800,000.00 Wilson work over rigs sold for $120,000.00. Some were a little lower like a Skytop Ranger that had a 90' Derrick and pulled 200,000 lb sold for $75,000.00! Damn sure a buyers market!

It is for us consumers, saves me about half every time I fill up. There's always an imbalance, whats good for some, hurts others

I hope I didn't miss something somewhere, but 10 years is 2017, correct? I was trying not to mention names, but yes Matt is who I'm trying to hook up with. I have nothing definitive yet, but this is what were looking at, We have found an all exclusive resort 30 minutes outside of Wichita, that can feed, house, and park trailers for those who will need that option. I HAVE NO DATES YET.
We don't need 49 people calling Matt to see what's going on, he has better thing to do, but it would be nice if we can work with him in a promotional aspect, and event details. We have a ground crew ironing out the details, I'm just keeping you informed.
This location was what I was also referring to but was going to let Tim handle it. The BDM folks used that location in the past.

Funny how that works. We are the biggest civilian consumer of oil in the world and you can only imagine how we're doing. $2.2B profit last quarter. Yes, that's a B.

Doesn't mean I don't feel for you though, I really do.

I do not get that much time off. Sturgismotorcyclerally eats up 12 days by its self and I agree with Kathy. Do not link it with other rally's
Nor do I. But if I'm driving from Tampa to Wichita I'll do Sturgis after the Meetup is done. It will save bundles of time and kill two birds with one stone, nor will they be connected other than giving people traveling long distances the opportunity to be there, as well as Sturgis, with only a week off.

C´mon guys..... time is ticking and FAST..... even though it will be in 2017, its around the corner..... If we want to get high numbers we need to get our shit together pretty quick.

Fast Balls will not work for some of us (the ones who really are "thousand" Miles away)!!!

It's not around the corner... it's a few exits down the highway, make a left at the light then your first right. We have over 18 months to plan this so lets not get too far ahead of ourselves. I understand your position Franco, just so you know.

I'll be contacting Matt, and working with Kathy, to get this going. I understand Mr Wright is a busy man and that he and Kathy have talked. Mr Wright filled me in on the details he has, as has Kathy. The 3 of us can work on the details and hopefully have something nailed down in the next few weeks.

If anyone else would like to help organize, let us know. The easiest way is starting a conversation/PM with the 3 of us.
