Welcome from Washington State, hope you enjoy the site. Good luck in getting the scoot to work...

None of those marks appears to be TF / TDC not to mention the hole seems a little small. The plug is located on the Primary side at the base of the V (cylinders). Its a fairly large hex head.

You could also pop off the pushrod tube on the intake valve for the front cylinder, turn the engine over (by hand or rear tire with motor in high gear) when the intake closes start looking in the timing hole. With a straw in through the spark plug hole will also help finding TDC. Disclaimer: be careful not to drop straw into cylinder. - Look in the timing hole for a vertical line or TDC numbers.

If your having that many problems consider your local bike mechanic...

As Earl stated the TDC timing mark is located inside the motor where that allen head bolt below the S&S symbol in this picture is. You need to remove the allen head bolt to see it and yes you need to pull your spark plugs, put the scoot in high gear and turn the back tire by hand while looking inside the hole. You may need to hire a helping hand to do this... :D

Insert title here...
In the video your case is a Delkron but are you sure the flywheels are S&S?

And do you have a crank or cam sensor?

Find TDC, piston at highest point with both rods at there lowest. Test by using a straw and a rag to blow air thought the spark plug hole, no exit means valves are closed, TDC on compression stroke.

Check the timing hole for marks
