Just got my frame back from powder coat.and was looking through my stuff is they're supposed to be front end spacers or just the axle bolt and wheel?

There are spacers yep, absolutely

How many spacers also is they're a caliper bracket like the rear?

I got the axle it came with my forks but no front spacers only rear.
