I have an appointment for a dyno tune tomorrow. I just hit 900 miles:D
Any way I have the BD louvered air cleaner front and a K&N filter.
Factory supertrapp 2 into 1 exhaust that I removed one cone from (the one facing backwards)and opened up the end cap.
I have plenty of decel pop which indicate lean but I'm not getting the mileage some of you guys are which indicates rich.
I guess I'll find out for sure tomorrow....
Anything specific I should ask or need to tell them?
Thanks.

Ok on the second base pull the packing in the muffler blew out the back of the pipe.
Dyno Larry is going to repack it on Monday and try again.
I guess I didn't repack it right after I cut one of the cones out......oops
No sense going to pick it up just to repack it and bring it back.
I'll keep you guys posted...

Update.
Bike runs much better revs smoother and pulls harder.
Motor is all stock as stated above.
Max hp 85
Tq 98
Af pretty much flat just under 14
Dyno guy (Larry) said cam and comp raise would help out the most.
I may just try the 585 cam this winter.
I'm not sure I want to do the whole 600 cam and jug cut and springs and rockers.
Any guess on where the 585 would put me?
Recomandations on a budget?

Does that sound a little low the numbers? How many pulls did they do?
What changes did they make? Jets?

Changed intermediate jet and tuned carb.
Not sure how many pulls but hp was around 80 and it was lean.

Update help?
Ok so I'm running a 31 intermediate after tune
A/F graph looks good.
When doing around town riding I am only getting 25mpg
Bike seems to run good to me but what should I look at next.
I can't see my riding style putting me in the 25mpg range.
Plugs look ok.
Air cleaner clean.
Any ideas?
Thanks

That sounds low for around town, unless you are twisting the grip all the time. I get in the low 40's on the road and 35 or so around town depending how much I wind it out. I am going to go with the 585 cam, before I do any other changes. I have the same exhaust, except I left the packing out but left both cones in. I just adjusted them farther back in the pipe. I tried some other packing, but it burns out quickly.
