Ernie, I have always thought the same thing about the pics people post of things they are trying to sell.
Well that's hard to say because there is no description. The only three upgrades that I can see is Open Primary, those pipes and the air breather. The pipes and the breather I could do without. But those three things are pricey.
There has just been too many recently for 3-4k cheaper. Be cool if he gets what he wants but I think people shop around before buying and seeing current prices I dont think he will sell it at 16k.
