07 pitbll oil issues

On the s&s 117 isn't the oil pump externally mounted? i'm familiar with harley twin cam. if oil pump replacement is required do have to remove the exhaust, timing cover ect? it appears that the s&s 117 has a pump mounted on the back side of case behind timming cover is this correct? how long does it take to change a oil pump?

yeah the cover has to come off - you need to get the S&S super sidewinder manual - its covered in there

the manual is on the way, it was ordered when i got the bike hasn't come in yet,didn't think i'd have this kind of problem this soon.
