07 K9 Tail lights flicker

Hey guys I have a friend who refuses to use intelligent resources like this forum, and has had his taillights have always flickered since he bought his bike. Numerous mechanics have said they cant find anything wrong with the bike, did the 2007 K9 taillights flicker intentionally?

My 07 K9 lights acted like that and the problem was a loose screw on the EHC plug wiring harness to the tail lights

Check grounds too,,,

My front turn signal had that issue and it turned out to be the back bone wiring harness.

If I can tag along here.... I have a 07 Chopper and noticed the rear left tail light is dim... but the blinker and brake light work fine... should I check the general troubleshooting suggestions that was given for the K9?? or could he be something else???
