Ok, so I bump a thread yesterday asking what vibrates loose most frequently. Today I get to Sarasota to find I'm missing that chromed beauty ring. Nice jinks. Is this a findable part?

Thanks in advance,

Steve

You can also order the parts from Headwinds worse case
Well, there is a worse case after all... The gal at Headwinds informed me that BDM started using a Chinese part instead of theirs, and that their rings don't fit the Chinese part. A quick look and the Headwinds stamp is missing; I got the Chinese part apparently. So I get to pick out and buy a whole new bucket. Cute.

A different thread just started and someone mentioned the Adjure. $165. Not bad I guess. Anyone with other ideas?

Interesting for Headwinds had Chinese made one also and list them under Tradewinds. Sounds like a line of crap from Headwinds, but could be mistaken, but they do have overseas made one under the Headwind Umbrella but call it Tradewinds instead.

Headwinds - Custom Headlights for Motorcycles, Harley Davidson, Choppers, Street Rods, & Metric Bikes.

Here is their quote imported version of the Mariah Bullet
Headwinds: Tradewinds - 5-3/4" Mariah Bullet Headlight, Smooth

Here is their USA made version
Headwinds: 5-3/4" Mariah Bullet Headlight, Smooth

Sounds to me like she is talking off the cuff or maybe trying to get you to buy a nice expensive USA made one. Love how companies have no problems flying the Made in USA lable even though it may not be entirely ture. Also read the last link for the Bezel and notice it talks about their Tradwinds!!!! Check the inside and see if it has the Headwinds of HW or Tradewinds. Pretty damn sure ours are made by them, may not be the high cost USA made but pretty damn sure it is one of their.

And I am pretty sure that this is the ring that fits ours
Headwinds: 5-3/4" Bezel - Bradley Concours Housings

Both sold by Headwinds (notice they are not shameful for pushing the made in USA lable, but have the import under their Tradwinds name for allot less. Chiness parts, really, maybe be Chineses parts from Headwinds.

Oh if by chance you cannot find you one, if you wait a couple of weeks I will send one for I have a brand new Tradewinds Mariah Bullet sitting at home 1-5400TWCA that I've been meaning to change out and will gladly send you my old Bezel if you can not find another one.

Changing mine out due to the old one is a little beat up on the top from my roll bag BTW. May not be the USA one that I am replacing it with, but pretty much the same damn thing from the same damn company and over $100 cheaper!
