I have an '07 Bulldog with K & N filter and Mean Mother pipes and my buddy has an '09 Screamin' Eagle Springer with V & H Big Radius pipes. Does anybody know the approximate h.p. and torque for each bike and who would likely come out ahead on a top gear or 5th gear roll-on ? Thanks in advance.

Go out on the back road and race his ass. Let er rip. Why are you so worried about a 5 gear roll on? Just do a good 'ol fashion drag race. You should beat him if you know how to launch your bike. GO KICK HIS ASS.

If he has the 110 cu in. He's got more to worry about that out running you. Do to heat build up on the rear cylinder of the 110, the iron liner is seperating from the aluminum cylinder causing oil leaks. Good write up about it by Donnie Peterson in American Iron Mag over the past few months.:hi:

I ride with a buddy that has the screamin eagle road king. He has some engine mods not sure what , claims it dynoed at 110 hp. His bike hauls ass for a big bike. I was behind him and doug g at about 50 mph and they both hit it and that road king was right on his ass. Chopper dave , cutter and a few others know doug rides the fuck out of his k9

I had a screamin eagle deuce (04) with a 95c.u." that dyno'd @ 87. It hauled ass, but I'm pretty sure my K9 would take it. The old screamin eagle packages were more torquey and reliable.

Thanks for all of the replies. We won't be able to find out for a little while yet. Live in central Wisconsin and it was -20F this morning. Where should the '07 Bulldog be at for h.p. and torque with just k & n filter and Meanmothers?

One of my riding buddies has a 09 Street Glide with some mods, he doesn't hold a candle to my 07 Chopper, only mod I have so far is V&H Big Radius pipes, next month cam goes in. I can smoke him from dead stop or at any speed.. Love it.

I've got a buddy that had a '07 Screamin eagle Ultra and had nothing but frigging problems with it. H-D finally took it back and gave him a new '08
SE Ultra and it's been in the shop 3-times for bullshit stuff. When the mechanics were prepping it for delivery they found the spark plug hole in the front head was stripped out from the factory! Took them ordering the head 3 times before they got the right one. Just shows ya that even $37K bike can come with problems:bang:

Last fall i raced a street glide with a 120 headquarters starting a 50 mph and he hung with me until 80mph then i pulled away, later that day i raced a fat boy with a 113 headquarters starting in low gear and in the first 3 gears i walked all over him, then after that the gap stayed the same. With the real low first gear these dogs have you can jump all over most bikes in the first 2 gears.

My buddy has a dyno glide with the 95" big bore kit. At 65 mph, in about 10 seconds i couldn't see him in my mirror. I thought he just backed off, but he said he held it down. No competition for the dog. I'm running a 124".

They just can't keep with us. I had a 103 hopped up Roadking yest. talking trash on how he smokes everyone around. We were on a poker run so I caught him on the 4th stop. Smoked him rolling on from about 45. He was pissed and came up next to me at a stop sign for some more. I smoked the tire in 1st. pulled the front end up in 2nd..... never seen him again.....

Hell ya, that is what our bikes are made for. If I wanted to go slow I would have bought a Honda Spree. I look at that damn bike every day and tell it to get ready, because when this weather breaks I'm going to ride the hell out of her. I might have to talk to Al's wrench and have some more motor mods before summer, still not fast enough!
