Welcome from Florida! Good Lord if isn’t one thing, It’s another. Can’t help you with that problem but I am sure one of these guys will have some helpful insight. Good luck & Ride Safe! :chopper:

Has anyone put an LED 8k on a K9. Just put one on mine and light is pulsing.
Welcome from NJ,
I have the same bike but no experience with 8k Led. The pulsing you are seeing may be the system jumping back and forth between High and Low beam. If the EHC doesn't sense the correct voltage drop on the Low beam circuit it automatically goes to the High beam circuit then if it still doesn't see the correct drop it will switch back to the Low beam and so on and so on. This could be your pulsing issue.
There may be a fix but it's out of my realm. Like Mick says someone on the site will probably be able to help you. Lot's of guys have switched to LED with success but I don't know if they were using an 8K . Good Luck

SKOGDOG

One of the old ones.
One time mine started doing that too and it was from a wire that had been rubbing then grounding out on the inside of the headlight housing. I didn’t install the sunpie day maker correctly. Strobed like a 70’s disco.
