Any time i tried to buy something long distance from craigs list i was called a scammer,3 people missed out on a boat sale, a couple cars,my local list is Amarillo and they dont have shit ever :angry: Nice bike though :up:

The first hint its a scam is its too good to be true followed by no phone number. If they do post a number and its a scam, its for sure a pre-paid phone that you cant trace . . . . . The easiest way to figure it out is to email them. If you get a response something like: The bike is in Kalomazoo and I'm working over in Bum F%&k so just send the money to(_____) and I'll take care of shipping it to you(free of course) or the old, send the money to Ebay Trust, Ebay Escrow or some other holding company. Theres been dozens of times lately when I've seen ads too good to be true and I'd just send an email telling them I'd meet them anywhere, anytime, with cash in hand to make the purchase. Kinda amusing at some of the responses I get. Ya gotta be careful. . . . . . . . . . . . This looks to be legit but I'm not sure how good of a deal it is considering the economy right now
