06 k-9 wont crank

replaced the battery with an interstate, still no luck though, im thinkin starter?????

both compression release activate and lights go out with i hit the button but nothin happens.

cav, a little heads up, i replaced mine last summer with an interstate (actually 2 of them) and neither one of them was worth shit. so-called 320 cca was nothing more than a re-badged 270 cca "somebody else's battery". left me stranded twice, put the old battery back in and the thing cranked up and is still going strong. damn shame when a new battery is worse than an old one.
