Sorry man....got to be honest...not a fan. It's your bike to do with what you please and you're entitled to like what you like! But you took an iconic bike and reduced it to every harley type bobber out there....just my opinion and I'm a nobody....but I have owned 5 Ridgebacks and couldnt imagine stripping them of everything that makes them what they are....I wish you the best...safe riding and enjoy....no disrespect intended....just not able to understand.

Hard for me to understand, why you started with a ridge, and reversed everything that made it what it was. Not for me, and may not get a lot of love on a BDM page.

Your bike—-your work—-your rules. Sure appreciate the skill it would take to build with such clean lines. Props. My main concern is with the spotless exhaust pipes—no color at all inside the pipe….get on that SOB and get that exhaust running through there. Black is beautiful!

Originally got the bike all in pieces, it was wrecked, hacked and plain fucked-up.... I wanted the 117 motor and 6spd trans, perfect.

Tried putting it together somewhat, then decided a different look and easier steering, hence the end result here.

For a while I was in the hate club, but as I explained above, the bike was in pieces so I did the build I preferred.

I never have riden a bike with apes before, I'm 5ft 3 in and a whopping buck sixty so those things might be to tall for me, haha. I'm a fan of that flat denim look though.
