05 Big Dog Chopper Electrical/Headlight Issue

Need help! I have a 2005 BD Chopper. Was riding and got on it while out riding the other day and all of the lights went out, came back on and the bright light indicator was lit up and the light would not go back to dim. The next day the headlight went out completely. Everything else worked fine. Had shop look at the bike and they changed bulb and said that was it. Next day, got on it fairly hard again and same thing happened. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Need to replace the bulb again. There is a bulb made for high vibration applications. Maybe someone else will chime in.

My 05 had that problem also, I changed the headlight wiring plug and that fixed the problem.
