107cu in with wires plus upgrade last year. been working fine and today It ran for 20 seconds and dies. Will not refire. No spark, all connections and lights come on. turns over like crazy. power to coils on ignition key on. all controls work on right side handle bars.thunderheart and ignition module also light up. Cam sensor???? ignition module??? any thoughts guys?? I am in the philippines with this bike and appreciate any thoughts, many thanks in advance for reading this..Gerry

When you turn the bike over does the Thunderheart Ignition Module blink on and off? If not your cam sensor is not making and un-making firing the coil each time it is suppossed to. If it does blink then check your coil. Search for the proper Ohms of coil and proper testing of cam sensor. Been posted. Worth a quick look to take your cam/ignition cover off and see if the cam sensor looks burned or smells burned in there.
Cam sensor looks clean as a new one, the thunderheart blinks red as it should and i greased all the pins on the connections to ensure a proper connection. I have put 6000 miles on the bike since the wires plus upgrade and no problems. I will dig into the coils now. I double checked after reading other's problems and yes..I do have ignition power to both the red and yellow going into the coils.

I had a similar prob after wire plus, traced it to one broken terminal on the back of sporty ignition awitch. Check plug wires too for solid connect at coil. Simple things first.
