04 Ridgeback Wheel Spacers

Guys, I made a bonehead move when I took my wheels off to be powder coated. I didn't note where each spacer goes!! The three spacers for the rear wheel are different sizes. I think I have an idea where they go on the axle, but I'm not sure and both spacers for the front wheel are different sizes. I have the service manual which doesn't help at ALL!! :bang: So I could think of no better place to come to for answers than our great Big Dog Biker web site. Lay it on me fellows, where do my front and rear spacers line up? I will post the picture of my project when I get my wheels back this week and get my puppy back together.

Uhhhhhhh... they're different??

Hope I put mine (front) back on correctly:bang:

I'll try to get a look or maybe even a pic of the back ones tomorrow.

Happy Motoring!

The front should be easy to dertermine by making sure the brake rotor is centered with the spacers in place

On the front the wide on goes on the non brake side. On the rear the wide one goes on the pulley side and on the brake side the skinny one goes betwern the brake and hub.
