Don’t think I’ve seen this one before. Are you redoing the paint on this one too?
No, it was just an abused bike, that this guy bought. Trying to get it road worthy. The paint really isn't that bad, couple chips in the rear fender. Ehc was out, melted battery thermal, front forks leak, I think it has a sticky brake caliper. It has a 3'' headlight, with a 1157 brake/tail light bulb in it. Then a bunch of little things.

Been running the mill the last couple days, so while it was going, I've been cleaning on this. Sanded and repainted the exhaust.

The rear tire keeps going flat, so I aired it up and soaped it down. Found it was leaking around the bead. Broke it down and wiped it off, but it still leaked. Pulled the tire off the rim, I don't know what was on it, but I had to use a scraper and wire brush to clean it off.

I started to polish the nose cone, and saw the brake master cylinder cap was on backwards.

He told me to check the front brake, but when I pulled the cap off, this is what I found. Probably should rebuild both master cylinders and calipers.

Getting started on the first bike of the winter. It's been in my shop for about 3 months now. Just a lot of maintenance stuff, touch ups and polish.
Got a question. In between the split tanks, this spout had a rotted plug cap on it. Is it suppose to be capped or have a hose coming off it.

I have an 2004 pitbull and the only usable are from 1 tank to the other and the other is capped
