04 chopper not going into gear

Was riding home tonight, and bike started to slip out of gear while riding. If went back into gear but went out soon after. Now when I put into gear when the bike is off, it just rolls freely like it is in neutral, and when I try to start it whizzes and the motor does not turn over.
Any suggestions???

Take your primary cover off and have a look.

Found my problem sheered all the bolts holding the primary chain gear onto clutch basket. Need new clutch basket and primary chain gear.

Same thing happened to me dude..........call Primo and get the updated Clutch basket and Pro-drag clutch setup like I did....The basket is WAY MORE beefy than the stock setup,and has the sprocket cast into the basket and is a 1 PIECE forging...its awesome:2thumbs:........I really recommend it.....If you need part numbers...shoot me a PM I got them also........good luck bud

Called and ordered a new clutch basket from Rivera today. Didn't really have the cash to upgrade so I went with the same one, hopefully I can get 13000 miles out of this one like the original.

The stock clutch setup will be just fine with the new upgraded basket......wait till you get it,you will see what I mean,it is WAY more rugged........:up:
