04 chopper front wheel

im in need of help , trying to take rim off the bike, I undone the bolt on right side, and on the left I’ve undone the pinch bolts, and I can’t seem to get the shaft to come out, is there something missing, or doing wrong, please help

You might have to tap on it to get it moving.

Maybe tape harder, but don’t mess the threads upright.

Look up from the bottom, make sure remove the bolts.

Screw the bolt back in the axle shaft about a 1/4 deep and hit it with a rubber mallet...after you get it moving you may have to find a punch or something smaller than the hole in the axle, so not to mess up the threads, and then tap it on out with a mallet

Not sure what your project is & why removing the wheel but once you get it off. Replace your wheel bearings and apply anti-seize to the axle when you reinstall it. Should make it much easier next time you work on it.
