04 Bulldog electrical issues

Hey guys I am looking for a little help for my friend and his 04 Bulldog. THe bike will turn over and not start. the headlight will not come on, however the high beam will work intermittently. The light on the Thunderheart will not come on. On the EHC, when properly seated in the bike has the second light from the left on (yellow). THe next light over (third light from the left) is intermittently coming on red. Could this be an issue with the EHC??

Power Light Fault light is on you have a short somewhere. Check make sure your connections are tight and trace wires for a bare wire. Not sure about the bulldog but 04 model ran the tail light harness under the fenders sometimes tire rubs them bare.

04 bulldog defiantly ran tail light harness under fender. Check there first

Would that cause the light for the Thunderheart to not come on?
