Just an FYI for anyone:

I kept having a bunch of rattling noise from the rear of the bike.
Could hear it more of course at slower speeds and bumps.
Found the floating rear rotor was loose were it connects at the circlips (hardware) to the billet mounting plate. The billet mounting plating has worn were it connects to the ciclips hardware, causing it to be sloppy.

BDM does not have anymore floating style rotors for this model bike, so there using an one piece now. I'm sure it will last longer now, it still has the billet cut design to match the back wheel. Think it's called the Outlaw series, these wheels are made by RC Components. I found them on the web, course you have to buy thru a dealer though.
Ordered a new one from HD / BDM dealer, it's been 2-weeks now still waiting.:job:
But I've been riding it this way now for a few months, hope it last till the new comes in.

Roe, my rear rotor is shot and I've replaced the rear buttons twice on it but since it is only used (about) 25% of the time I've been stretching out it's replacement. It's very loose but I don't notice any rattling, could be due to my MP3 player.
Odd that my front rotor after 56,000 miles is still tight and used 75% if the time.
By the way, my 03 Mastiff didn't have floating rotors!

Alhall went thru this with his PM setup. He wanted a new rotor not center and It was cheaper to buy the hole unit via BDM then just the rotor thru PM.
