-03 compression releases, extra relay?

There should be 2 black/green wire harness under the tank those are your connections.
Yes, use a relay if you can't find the wires.

Shit, I love my breakerWhile you are in there you might want to change the breaker to a fuse. Pep Boys has a very good deal on them.

Of course anyone who owns or purchases any model Big Dog should immediately replace the BD VR with a CompUFire or Cycle Electric VR and then they don't have to worry about what damage the stock VR can cause hence no need to eliminate the breaker.
BD VRs have easily been the number one electronic component killer since BD started using they're own proprietary VR.

I've also seen the breakers wired wrong....
A good VR should have a Relay in the event of a battery issue. So a breaker is fine as long as it's not wired backwards
