SHE WONT START CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY BATTERY IS GOOD, CARB IS CLEAN, RATIO SHOULD BE STOCK, I WAS JUST TOLD THIS MORNIMG THOUGH JETS WERE INTERCHANGED FROM THIS BIKE TO ANOTHER, SO INCORRECT JET SIZE COULD BE AN ISSUE ALSO. SMALL OIL LEAK FROM THE CASE AND HAD A LOT OF OIL COME OUT OF THE FILTER ABOUT A WEEK AGO TRYING TO START IT.. WHICH IS SUPER DARK BTW. HEADS WERE PLUGGED BUT REMOVED THEM, NOT SURE HOW TO TEST FOR AIR LEAKS, ID LIKE TO TEST THE COMPRESSION BUT NOT SURE HOW TO DO SO. ELECTRICALLY THE ECU SEEMS FINE RED LIGHT ENGAGES WHEN I TRY TO START IT. NOT SURE WHAT THAT MEANS. ITLL TRY TO TURN THEN SNEEZE AND MAKE A SOUND LIKE A VACCUM, SO IDK WHAT THE HELLS GOING ON ANYMORE. JUST REMEMBERING ABOUT A YEAR AGO HE TOOK IT TO A SHOP BECAUSE HE HAD ISSUES WITH THE KEY AND IT WASNT ALLOWING HIM TO START THE BIKE OR SOMETHING CANT REMEMBER EXCTLY WHAT THE ISSUE ENTAILED BUT THEY HAD TO ORDER A NEW PART FOR IT AND ALL THAT JAZZ.. BUT IF ANYONE WITH A GREAT MIND KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE CAN GIVE US A LITTLE INSIGHT OF WHAT NOT TO DO WHATS BEING DONE WRONG AND POSSIBLE CAUSE TO THE NO START THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED..
ANY PHX, AZ MECHANICS? A SIMPLE DIAGNOSIS WOULD SUFFICE
FRIEND OF MINE HAS A 02 PIT BULL S&S 107
HES A NEWER OWNER AND HAS NO IDEA WHAT HE'S DOING HALF THE TIME LOL
THANKS!

Back to basics trouble shooting. You say there is spark. Did you pull the plug, ground it to the case and see the spark? Is it getting fuel? To verify, pull the air cleaner and look in the carb while twisting the throttle. You should see gas squirting. Ok, so if you are getting spark and fuel I would change the gas next. I have an '02 that wouldn't start and it turned out to be bad gas (gas was only 3-4 months old). Today's gas with ethanol is crap! That's why they don't use it in aircraft. Drain the tank and carb and put in fresh fuel. If you do those things and it still won't start the next step would probably be to have a mechanic look at it. The sneezing sound you mentioned sounds like it was flooded.

Also, when starting I never use the enricher. Most BD owners will tell you that it fouls plugs. With mine, I twist the throttle once then start, giving it a little gas when it starts to fire.

These big inch high compression engines with no compression releases require both a battery and starter that are in top condition to start.

Welcome from NJ
Judging by your statements about your bike you need to start with first things first. You need to get the bike to crank better than "it tries to turn then sneezes". How old is the battery? The battery needs to have a full charge and be reading 12.8 vdc when at rest. Make sure your connections at the battery and starter are clean and tight. If you get no improvement pull the spark plugs and crank it. It should have no problem cranking fast with plugs removed with no compression. If it still has trouble cranking check for starter issues. If it cranks well do what DynoDave suggested to check for spark and fuel.
Take it one step at a time and give feedback and you will be successful. Lot's of expertise on this site. Good Luck
