01 Vintage Sport master cylinder

Does anyone know what rear brake master cylinder will work on my Vintage Sport? I ask, because most of the ones I’ve found the “exit hole” if you will, comes off the front. Mine on my bike from factory, comes off to the side.

Well that was the plan originally, but there’s so much internal damage where the piston and spring are, I truly don’t think a new seal will seal. Trying to find one to replace it.
