Yeah, I spoke with him last week. Busier than hell as usual.
I did notice that packages shipped with USPS are taking a long time to deliver right now. What was 2 days before took well over a week and a half from OK to SC.

Glad to hear he is still in business. I Have been riding pretty trouble free for years, and about to start back on some maintenance and hope to give him some business.

I recieved an email from him day before yesterday. We have been talking about my bagger and the tune issues I've been having with my mechanic. He mentioned he was elbows deep in work and didn't have time to really walk me through the merging of maps process but did tell me what pages to look at in the manual. So yeah he's in buisness and seems swamped right now in it, so that's good for him. Bad for us when trying to quickly get in touch. Lol

Well got the new sensor today, he was going to send a video showing it worked, never did, but it works. Since he extends a shorter sensor and heat shrinks it but its a couple different lengths i redid the heat shrink, while pulling the old shrink off one of his solder joints came apart, so a little soldering and its back together. I emailed him, said it worked this time and thanked him, he replied tonight already “LOL the last one worked when you received it also” which it didnt. So ya, awesome customer service‍. o_Ooriginal sensor was ordered sept 5, bike is already put away for winter now.

Damn you must have really rubbed him the wrong way, Curtis is one of the easiest to get along with on and off the form.
Haha ya i guess so, i told him his sensor didnt work, so ya my fault i guess. The whole transaction with the speed sensor was bad from the start, not 1 bit was my fault.

i guess not bad. I ordered a sensor, previous owner hacked mine up for starter fitment, so i found wsw had the low profile ones, ordered a 34” sensor. Got my sensor and it was like 8”long, so i emailed him and let him know. He sent a new sensor and label to return to short one, cool, and a jst connector for my bike to connect the sensor since i have a different end. I get the new correct length sensor, install it, go for a 20 mile ride, no speedometer, so i get home, email him and ask if hes ever had a bad one or what could be wrong because mine didnt work, i swapped my old one back in and it worked fine again. After a week of no reply i emailed again and he said hes never had a bad one but who knows, he instructed me on how to test it. It took me a few days to test but i followed his instructions and emailed him, waited a week again and emailed again. He then told me i must have wired it wrong and fried it, which i didnt, its 3 clearly color coded wires. He said send it bad, he would test it and remake if needed. So i did, on my dime this time($10 shipping) he received it and thats when the crickets started, and this post started. After 3 weeks of nothing from him i posted here, i also sent a message through paypal, he then replies that he will get it made and out the next day, with a video showing that it works(never got a video, not a big deal), 2 days later i get notification it shipped, got it yesterday and installed it. I emailed him and said it worked and thanked him, to which his reply was (LOL the last one worked too), which it never did. So i guess where in all this was i wrong? I was in business for myself for several years, i built mufflers for motorcycles and other odd things, i never handled a customer like this. I completely understand busy, i completely understand shit happens, ive had it happen, but i always communicated it with the customer.
