I need help for put in the clutch and electric transmission

Hi ,
here is Thomas
Last time a part in my starter was broken so put of the starter. There was no place to put out, so i put of the clutch cover, and put of the cables on the transmission.
oh I forgot, I have a K9 from 2006 with ride side transmission.

Now, I want to put on the clutch cover, but it stop one cm bevor the end. I cant´t take it completly back. Can I do it with more power, or can something broken? Or do I have to pull on the clutch cable, or?............

And the second question is: I have to cable for the transmission a plus and a minus. What cable i have to put on what transmission point?
Or is this nessesary.

Thomas, the second picture with the wires. Both wires go on terminals. That is the neutral safety switch. Makes green light on speedo come on for neutral. Necessary. I do not know the other problem.

The clutch cover should fit flush and not be forced into position. I would loosen/remove all the mounting bolts and wiggle it around until it sits flush. There are probably small studs sticking out for the purpose of aligning the cover.

There is a PIN that has to be aligned properly.
As Mike said loosen the bolts and move the cover around and it will drop into place and make contact -- then install the bolts.
Also you should not be doing this with the push rod installed. You need to remove that cover and unscrew the push rod and then reinstall cover then the rod and adjust the clutch -- do not assume its adjustment will be exactly where it was before. Search for threads on clutch adjustment.

i found two pins. But i can not take the cover inside, one cm problem. And i think, that the problem is the push rod.
I hope i do not a mistake by put off the cover, because i put off the cover without reinstall the push rod.
See picture. I sthis a problem now, or can i reinstall the pushrod now, or is it not allowed to put off the push rod from the hole?

In the first picture, you need to remove that dimpled cover then remove the push rod.
Not doing so makes it very easy to bend and damage that rod. Once you remove it I would double check that it rolls properly and isnt bent. (which will require a new one).
If the cover is really hard, I have had to place a cloth on it and tap it with a punch to get it to move then was able to use my hand to undo it the rest of the way.

You need to take off the outer part of the clutch cover. Your pic Deckel shows the piece that comes off. It has what looks like finger slots to remove. You will need something soft to remove it so you don't scar the metal. Left to loosen , tap it lightly with a hard rubber mallet or piece of wood. These files should help you understand how it should be done. The clutch adj itself may be a little trouble to fine tune but come back if you have trouble.

You will need something soft to remove it so you don't scar the metal. Left to loosen , tap it lightly with a hard rubber mallet or piece of wood. These files should help you understand how it should be done. The clutch adj itself may be a little trouble to fine tune but come back if you have trouble.
