I've been bringing plates, plastic ware, non alcoholic beverages , cups.
Resent inventory shows plenty of plates and cups. These have been transported by event hosts between spring and fall events .
I'll bring
Around 80 non alcoholic beverages.
Plastic ware, As I recall forks were low. Spoons and Knives inventory was pretty good .. so like 200 forks .
Fajitas, I'll provide chicken, peppers, onions, shells/wraps, cheese, seasoning, sour cream, salsa . Glock . And prepare it . Like 60-80 fajitas.
I'll bring deep fryer and will supply french fries if they get stirred in to the menu .
Will help with clean up and premeal prep .
All food above I plan on getting locally , keep it fresh and quanity can be tunable to turn out count .
