My memory /nightmare of the may thang is knot taking us on the ride by the lake with all the rocks painted with graffiti and that damn water moccasin slitherin across the road to do battle with the resurrected mastiff . Which was fine but not while I was on the dang bike. I really hate snakes. Than in October ,he did it again while we in the truck and if there had been a Sun roof to exit out of I’d have been on the roof.. Thinking back on it , why do I hang around friends that do that shit to me anyway? Because they are the best people ever and I love all of them , Thankyou my friends for providing these and so many more memories for all of us As we were truly the blessed ones.
You forgot about the part of us driving in the ditch to hit a armadillo lol...i think we ended up with 2 that night in less than 10 mins and another one we couldnt get to because he wouldnt come out from behind the basket ball poll

My memory(ies) of the "May Thang" are numerous but I'll stick to simple ones. I got cheap straps and mleach72's big dog fell on mine and put a dent in tank, but that makes for a great story to tell(bike is getting sold anyway) But probably my fondest memory is showing up to a biker event(which I've been to too many to count) where nobody knew anything about me whatsoever other than mleach72/friend. Within minutes of being on property not only was I welcome but actually felt like a part of a big family. That there is an amazing feeling to be accepted and I really enjoyed everyone and appreciated all the great food(corn salad for one). I would have liked to try some of Chubs Mountain Dew but circumstances earlier in my life that I abused dictated that I cant(for now). Slick and I still talk about the May Thang and can't wait for September. And I guess that peer pressure got ahold of me being around you enough that I bought a bulldog bagger off of pknowles and am tweaking it to my specifications with louder pipes. You all were great people to spend a weekend with and more importantly call " my friends"
