Welcome from NJ,
Be sure that's what you need because it's a very expensive part to replace if your not positive it's your issue. What are your symptoms maybe someone on this site can help you troubleshoot. Believe it or not a lot of issues are just due to a battery in poor condition or poor connections.

Have you load tested the battery? If you attempt to jump start the bike from a vehicle be sure the vehicle is NOT running. Start with a known Good battery. No spark could be a few different things. If the voltage drops when starting I would first suspect a bad battery.

So if you are measuring at the battery, you should have 12.8v (fully charged) with the bike off.
Key on it should stay at 12.8v maybe 12.7
Hit run, you should hear the fuel pump pressurize.
then press start
At this point you should hear the click of the compression releases
The motor should start to turn over
battery should not drop below 10.8v

Report back on what happens SPECIFICALLY.
You say you have no spark -- how do you know? No spark or no fuek gives same result -- no start.
You have also not told us how well it spins, if at all.

The more information you give us (iinclude what you think is excessive detail) will help us help you. Remote troubleshooting is easiest down when a plethora of information is supplied since we do not see or hear or in any way witness the process.

Comments about load testing the battery are a very very good place to start.
Big Dogs need good battery to work well, EFI even more so.
Deka is the generally preferred battery amoung the majority of us.

I turn key on the fuel pump comes on they I hit the run button the the fuel pressure up again then I hit the start button it cranks good but does not start!! I pulled spark plugs out and grounded to the head bolts but no spark!! They have a aftermarket box it haves DOC ESC 07 + EFI 4715 only numbers and letters! Aluminium box with a black box screw to it. Try just turning the key on and hitting the start button. It shouldn't prime twice to start it.

I don't know about your DOC but with your current description of the failure you should be looking at the ignition system. If it's stock when you hit the run button a red light should come on the ignition module if it's getting power. If it's getting power but does not have blinking lights when cranking you could have a failing crank sensor. If all that seems good it could be a failing coil or wiring.

The ignition system starts at the crank sensor. The sensor signal is an input to the VFI controller, then it in turn sends a signal to the coil via the blue and yellow circuit.

I’d start with checking the crank sensor. Unplug and look for AC voltage 1.5-3 VAC while cranking.

Also check for 12V at the red wire at the coil with key on. (With and without hitting Run)

if all that is good , then I would check the signal on the yellow and blue wire the at coil. If that’s good, the coil is bad . If you don’t have that, your VFI might be bad.

It’s acting like they have some kind of security system on the bike. it’s getting 12 V to the coil when I turn the key on, but soon as the fuel pump pressure rises it stops voltage! Like it’s in thief mode!
