Yes like stated above, there's a circuit breaker on the left side of your battery it should have a reset button on the side. If this reset button is popped there is a reason for it.
More than likely your voltage regulator burned a diode out. To check your stator pull the plug on the front of the primary, with the bike running you should have 21 to 23 volts ac coming out of there. Then of course 14 volts at the battery.
Keep in mind this is the leading cause of EHC failures when you have a problem with your charging system.

Start on page 4 of this flowchart for troubleshooting the charging system. Also once you get done repairing your issue install an additional CB between the battery and the EHC. to protect it. The stock set up only protects the battery from a short or over-voltage from the charge system. Your EHC can get toasted if the battery shorts out and it's not protected with a CB.

Good morning brothers, well I did test like Mr. Wright suggested and found that the battery is not being charged and I didn't get any readings from the magneto. I'm guessing I need the magneto kit and maybe go ahead and change out the ECM or kCM didn't know which one I need. Its 06 Mastiff carburetor. Last thing, where can I get quality parts. Thanks in advance you all

Ok on the battery, justnot getting any reading of the front stator side plug. Battery is charged, one month new as well. Really do appreciate your input. Gotta get this thing on the road by spring. I've already replaced top end with new everything. She started up quick and ran good. Now this

Sounds like a call to WSW to get a new stator and regulator. Also get everything to replace the oil in primary and good idea to replace the pad on tensioner while in there. There are several good videos on YouTube to replace the stator. Make sure you understand how to to set the chain tension on the primary. Take your time and should be up and running in no time.
Thats why we are here. Jmo, if she started and ran good your ecm may be just fine? Get the charging system replaced and see where you at.

Not sure why you are hell bent on replacing your EHC? The charging system and EHC are not related. A preemptive strike on the EHC is expensive and also really not necessary unless you have failures.
An additional thought. Did you have your engine running and your meter set to AC volts? May seem like a silly question but it's an easy mistake that can take you down the wrong path.
That Gray piece you have you finger on is the CB and its upside down. You will not be able to see if the plunger is tripped or not. One other thing, if you are not the first owner of this bike check and see if you have a 40-A fuse going from the CB to the Battery Positive side, that has to be connected all the time. Make sure you hooked all the wires to the battery when you changed the battery. The positive battery post has three cables/wires. They the main battery cable (Red) one end is hooked to the battery positive post, the other end is connected to the starter solenoid, (hook this cable last) Next you have the EHC power wire or cable and the third wire / cable is connected to the Positive post one from the CB to charge the battery. You can add a 40-A fuse from the CR to the Positive Battery post instead of just a wire/cable and will have double protection should you VR take a dump on you. On the Neg post you should have one end from Ground cable attached to the Starter where it mounts to the inter primary as a ground, and the last one is the EHC Ground wire or cable. Anything else you have on there could be something you don't need and should check those connections to see where they lead. You can add Trical Charger for those times you don't ride for weeks at a time the battery need to keep the charge and that is one way of doing it.

Awesome, thank you. Where could I buy one (CB) for this 06 Mastiff. Second owner. I've done changed the cylinders/pistons, heads and valves. Thanks to you all, I've gained knowledge to take on this bike. Doing the electrical now. Replacing the stator and regulator tomorrow. Bike was running on battery. Bad stator and regulator
