I have a 2004 Chopper, it has a more rare Vader Wheel option. It was converted to chain drive years back. I would like to go back to a belt drive to keep wheels clean... I can source the front pulley, and belt from Wild Steed Worx. But having issues finding a rear pulley.

Anyone happen to have one or know where to find one?

Oddly enough that is one that we don't have made. The machine shop never cut that one. It's was an optional PM wheel and I don't think there are too many out there.

Best option we got would be to go with a 04 RB Stabby or the 04 Scythe. Those will bolt right up & now Teflon coated unlike the PM original.

Hmm so they never made one? What did my bike come with then? So, this rear pulley, a blet and a front pulley is all that is needed? do these belts really break from hard riding? original owner said he swapped to chain because if you burned out/ dumped it would snap the belt but not sure I believe. That as plenty of Harleys out there raising hell on a belt.

The first one would be the most somewhat look normal.

You will prolly have a tough time breaking one of these belts....aint gonna say it cant and hasnt happened but normal riding and some hotrodding shouldnt break it.
