Are yo
You should look into the new Main Shaft for sure. It's costly but worth it if you want to keep riding it. Plus in my mind it's a huge safety issue. That thing locks up on you at 70mph it could be a very bad deal.
As far as bearings go. No, Baker will not do any upgrade. They will only sell you what they use in them and that is FAG ( made in Canada or Korea) You can have the numbers crossed over to get SKF's. SKF is one of the best bearings that money can buy. If you want to spend big bucks, have the bearing shop look into getting you some ceramic ones. They will probably cost you close to $100 a piece though :D
SKF part numbers for the outer bearings are...
SKF 6209JEM
SKF 6304JEM
If you don't want to do the work yourself then feel free to send it to me. I can rebuild it in a days time and then send it back to you. Via UPS it's around $35 ground. Shipping weight is 40 lbs.

Are you still rebuilding these ?

I see this is an old post…..i tore up the transmission bearings on my 2008 K9 and had Andrew rebuild it with upgraded bearings. That trans was billet proof and Andrew Barnes was a top flight professional wall to wall. Try Barnes Customs in Endwell NY.

I needed some shifter parts and I wanted all the bearings upgraded so I paid more-about $1500 as I recall total for everything including shipping.
Advice: Do not cheap out on this kind of repair—you’ll just be doing it all over again in a couple of seasons. Andrew is a very competent professional and did not earn wide respect on this Forum by cheating anyone. Call Eric at HDM and chat with him about this. He has a lot of info about who might be able to help. I recall him speaking favorably about someone from Gateway in St Louis but I don’t know if it was for rebuilds or just parts.

Appreciate the help I’ll deff contact them and see what they recommend I just replaced the clutch flywheel with billet one from hdm but still have bearing noise when coasting at low speeds with clutch in I think it’s the bearing behind the clutch in trans if I had guess hopefully not to bad of job overall

Most of the noisy ones I have replaced are the main output bearing. That one is EZ to change just pull the trap door. If the input (clutch side ) is bad you will be able to wiggle the mainshaft. That one you need to take the trans apart for.
