Help identifying make of open primary belt drive

Gents, I just picked up an 2003 BDM Chopper that needs some TLC. The 03 Chopper has an open primary belt drive and the belt has about 1 1/2" play. That can't be good so i want to take care of that asap. I don't know what make/model of OP that is installed on the 03 Chopper. I've searched all over the bike to find any identifying marks but no luck. I was hoping someone may have one installed on their Dog and can give me some info on it. If you need some additional info let me know. Thank you in advance.

Those handlebars & mounting look very familiar. Love the springer front end!

You got the belt drive figured out, it looks like a DNA springer Incase you were wondering.
