Figured I would bring this on the forum. Keep checking our "New Products" on the website (www.bigdogpartskingpin.com) to keep up-to-date on the new items that are available. One thing I have noticed over the last few years selling parts for these bikes is gas caps seem to be a nuisance for everyone.
We just had these made, similar to a Tri-Bar gas cap seen on Harley's. The last gas cap you should have to buy for your Dog. No more issues with the original plastic threads expanding and can't get the damn thing off threads are machined billet. Cap has proper venting, so no more worries about stalling due to that white venting plug in the original style. Comes with a rubber o-ring installed as well.
TRI-BAR cap is polished aluminum so if it scratches you can just polish it right out. Easy-Peezy.
This fits single tank models with the original Paint Saver, dual tank models it will work on the right side ONLY.
