Alright, I was thinking back and forth if I should make the long ride to join the gathering.
And yes, I decided to make it this year.........riding from Los Angeles and planning to be there on the 23-26 September.

I got the hotel booked in Rogers......double queen; if somebody wants to bunk up, I am happy to share (at no cost).
if there is anybody coming somewhere from the West, would be great to ride some of the road together.

Is there anything else I need to prepare (happy to contribute to the BBQ cost in lieu of bringing something)

All the way from LA....now that's a ride! Be safe traveling. How long are you planning to take on the road?

You are crossing some beautiful country, take your time and enjoy it! There's lots to see! That's a trip I would like to make again someday.
