Sweet, me too! Yes let's! What do we do next? I'm not super familiar with all the rules and capabilities of this forum yet. Can we make a more specific post with some kind of link to Scott's email? Would we be able to put a counter on it for everyone who clicks to email him so we can track interest?

When I spoke to him i told him what Baker was asking for their belt drive at the end, he was sure that they would beat that price if 100 ppl ordered one. He said if 100 orders come in at once he can sell them cheaper than if only 10 orders at a time came in. But he didnt give a dollar amount.

That's an awesome and mean peice right there! I'm looking for a much slimmer primary in the 2.5 to 3in range. Also I may be about to sell my Mastiff so could be a mute point soon. GLWS!

That is very nice. But only good for parts for someone who has one already. You will most likely not find a clutch basket for it. Beautiful piece no doubt. What is the bike it is on in this picture? Lsd/Rsd?

Ya your absolutely right. Never going to find the 71 tooth 4in clutch basket. Would only be parts for someone that already his this..

I have a question do any of the manufacturers of these open primary still make all the parts for them / clutch & clutch basket / belt / etc. except for the backing plate ?

Scott works for BDL ( Belt Drive Limited). You can email him and put your name on the list of buyers. They are trying to get as many owners as they can to commit to a purchase & then MAYBE they will do a run of them for the right side drive bikes. BDL still provides parts for their belt drives. At least the left side drive type anyway. Mick :chopper:

Wow! That’s really nice! Right side drive I see. Is that a RT frame? Are you just removing the open & going back to closed primary? That is a crying shame to not be able to find that one part to make the open functional.:(
