New control switches

I'm up grading my handlebar control switches. My question is on the right side i see they have changed the wiring. How do I get the old wire out,one end is crome and the other goes to the old board. I have some pictures to help with this project. Thanks in advance. I have posted pictures of old wire and new wire.

There is a very small set screw (.050"). Loosen it up and the sensor should slide out.

Just so you know, that sensor has to be in the right position for the brake lights to work properly. When you put the new sensor in, turn the key on. Pull the brake lever slightly and slide the sensor in just until the brake lights come on, then tighten the set screw.
